Terms & Conditions:

This Agreement for website maintenance services is between Jordan Hunter Digital Marketing (“Provider”), and Purchaser (Client), for the performance of the services described in the proposal sent to Client on Proposal delivery date. The parties therefore agree as follows:

The terms for website maintenance are defined below:

“Maintenance” is defined as keeping the web site current, with the information you provide to us. It is not intended to be a new design.

Standard Maintenance Plan Includes 

Your Monthly Website Maintenance plan includes revising, editing, and changing existing web page content and images to keep your web site up to date. Under your monthly maintenance plan, you are entitled to text revisions to existing web pages. This includes adding, deleting or editing graphics on the web pages.

We make every effort to make accurate changes, however it is the client’s responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made. We reserve the right to distinguish between “updates” and “new design”. New design work is charged the website design rate. Any unused time on your monthly plan cannot be refunded or applied to the following month.

Maintenance Plan Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)

  • Design or redesign of webpages (basic image add-on or text revisions are covered)
  • Updates requiring custom scripting language or programming
  • Telephone consultation
  • New content creation (*client must supply all content for website)
  • Search engine marketing
  • Graphic Design (premier plan ONLY)

Graphic Design (Premier Only) 

Premier plan members are able to request up to (2) basic images designed each month. Basic images include Website Banners, eBook Covers, Ad Graphics, Icons, etc. There will be a maximum of (2) revisions allowed for each graphic. Jordan Hunter Digital Marketing reserves the right to determine what is considered “basic” graphic design work. Any additional requests for images or revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $90 per hour.
Tech Support Hours

Your Monthly Maintenance plan includes a fixed amount of support hours that can be used for routine website maintenance. Some plans include more support hours for activity websites that require more frequent updating. Please notice what is not covered in the monthly maintenance agreement.

*NOTE: Support hours do not carryover, accumulate, and can not be shared between multiple websites. Support hours can only be used for the website listed on the agreement single during the current calendar month. The support hours become active once the maintenance agreement has been accepted by the client.

Additional Time

Additional support hours can be purchased at an hourly rate of just $90 (USD) an hour – minimum charge, which is billed in 20 minute increments.

Service Request Completion Timeframe

Service requests are normally completed within two business days, unless prior arrangements have been made. If the client requests several changes within one service request; the completion time may be extended.

Hosting Requirements 

In order to ensure that we have immediate access to the client’s websites to complete all standard and emergency service requests we highly suggest that all websites be hosted with our company. Free hosting is included under most of our service plans. (excluding lite plan)

*If client cancels website maintenance agreement they will be given the option to go on a normal monthly hosting plan and be charged a monthly fee.

Payment for Maintenance

Payments are received automatically via paypal monthly draft. We require a 30 day advance payment before maintenance agreement is active and before service is performed on your web site.

The monthly maintenance plan is month to month, and is non-refundable once the agreement has been signed and payment has been made. If you decide to cancel your monthly maintenance with Jordan Hunter Digital Marketing, a 30-day written notice will have to be sent to us at: operations@jhdmarketing.comPayments are due during the cancellation period of 30 days. After the cancellation notice is received, the monthly maintenance contract will be terminated.

Delinquent bills will be assessed a $15 or 5% of the total amount due, whichever is greater, fee if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
