Yes, we only require a 30 day written notice of cancellation.What happens to my website if I cancel? If you decide you no longer have a need for your website during your agreement period, you can cancel with a 30 day written notice; the website will be deactivated with no further charge.Is website hosting included? Yes, your website hosting is included with the plan so there are no additional hosting fees.Can I host my website with my own hosting provider? No, all websites are required to be hosted with our company during your agreement period. Once your agreement period has ended you can move your website to another hosting provider if you choose.What type of website will I receive? All flex-pro websites are custom designed, fully responsive, modern and professional. Your website can have up to 5 pages including: Home, About, Services, Products, Blog, Contact, etc.Are there certain types of websites NOT eligible for the flex-pro plan?

Yes, the following websites are not currently eligible for the flex-pro option:

• Membership websites
• Ecommerce websites
• Corporate websites (over 5 pages)
• Specialty websites (Ex. websites containing large amounts of video, images, etc)

Will I get support with updates and maintenance? Yes, all flex-pro plans include monthly support and maintenance. This allows you to take a “hands-off” approach to website management while still allowing for professional updating.Can I change the layout of my website? Yes, however we must be notified of any major changes to the website such as additional pages being added. There may be additional costs for monthly support services.What’s covered under my tech support time? You can use support hours for many different things, such as weekly blog optimization and posting, web page content edits, adding or editing your portfolio, optimizing images and uploading to your site, embedding YouTube videos onto your pages or posts, making minor layout or design changes to your site, emergency tech support, and integrating your site with email autoresponders, forms, marketing automation, etc.
