Who is JHD Group, LLC/ JHD Marketing? We’re a education and software company based in Bala Cynwyd, PA that creates training programs, provides digital services such as website development, advertising, consulting, and software for online businesses. We’ve been in business since 2009. Our company is owned by Marcus & Sye Wells.

Why are you charging us? This is either a charge for consulting, web development, coaching, advertising, marketing related services.

Doesn’t ring a bell? If the product names above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the product.

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email support (at) jhdmarketing.com.

Can we get a refund? It depends on what program or service you bought. Each of our programs has a unique refund policy. You can always email support (at) jhdmarketing.com to inquire about the refund policy for the program you purchased.
